I’m sorry by the delay, but last month was a hard one for me, and I couldn’t write so much as I wanted to.
Life is a marathon, and in any part of this course, I stopped to recover breathing.
During this month, I reorganized my notes, thought in new ideas, tryed to take a new way in this blog in order to give my users (as you) a new experience related to Olive Oil, Rural world and a lot of things wich are very importants to me , and I hope for you if you continue reading until this line.
Since I am a family dad, I need a lot of time to spend with my children, they are two but they seem a dozen. This is the hardest work I found in my entire life, If you are daddy too, you understand me 100%. But Olive Oil man, returns….
Future in howtooliveoil.com will be focused on information about choosing, buying, tasting and sharing olive oil around the world, mainly working with very, very clear info about what’s important for you as final consumer and for your clients if you have a little shop and you need the keys for understand Olive Oil world.
Summer time is coming too, and in June and July, I will try to give you some recipes sourced by people who is living in Olive areas like Jaen and Cordoba in spain. Summer recipes for cold high temperatures anywhere you are.
I will start in the same sense, a new section about varieties of olives in order to give you a reference point where finding information about uses, groving areas, shape, etc, etc. This issue is infinite as space, because varieties are much more than I will study in my life, but I will try as I promised before.

Knowing this kind of things is the way of supporting way of life of rural communities around the mediterranean sea who kept this culture and production for centuries, their trees are so old that they are tired, but they continue giving us their treasure each winter.
