Food Recipe #1: Spaghetti with garlic and olive oil
Spaghetti, olive oil, tomatoes, shredded chicken (boil and shred chicken some chicken pieces), garlic cloves, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, water
Boil water in large pot. Add some 1 to 1.5 Tsp. salt in it. Include the spaghetti following the guidelines on the box. In a separate pan, add 4 Tsp. of olive oil and fry garlic cloves in them for 2 minutes then add tomatoes. Keep frying them until they become like a paste then add shredded chicken in them. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. When the spaghetti is boiled, turn the stove off. Drain the water and mix it with tomato paste. Sprinkle some fresh parsley on it. Your dish is ready.
Food Recipe #2: Olive oil baked potatoes
6-8 potatoes (Medium sized), olive oil, sea salt
Heat the oven. Scrub and cut the potatoes into three big slices and put them into a baking pan. Make sure to place a sheet under the potatoes in the baking pan. Sprinkle olive oil over the potatoes and then add some sea salt all over them. Bake them for 40 minutes. You can take a longer time for baking them if you would like to have them a bit crispier. Serve with ketchup when they are done!
Food Recipe #3: Chocolate Olive Ice cream
4 Egg yolks, 1 cup olive oil, 1 cup Milk, 1 cup whipping cream, 1 pinch of salt, 4-5 ounces Chocolate, and 1 cup sugar
Blend milk, salt and sugar in one bowl. In one separate bowl, mix egg yolks and keep them aside. Transfer the cream into one bowl, put a strainer on the top of it and put it aside. Heat the milk, salt and sugar mixture on stove for some minutes till it’s a bit hot then add the eggs yolks in it. Have the stove on a minor temperature and keep blending the mixture till it becomes a bit thick. Don’t let it get burned. When it has become really thick like custard, add chucked pieces of chocolate into the mixture gradually. Now add olive oil into the mixture, blend it hard so it’s mixed well. Now, keep the mixture in freezer to get freezer and your chocolate olive ice cream will be ready in no time!
Food Recipe #4: Basil and garlic mash with olive oil
Potatoes, 4-5 garlic cloves, salt, 1 to 1.5 cup skimmed milk, 3 Tsp. olive oil and 1 pack of basil (small)
Take a pan and fill it with water. Put it on stove and add some salt in it. Heat it and add potatoes and peeled garlic cloves in it. After potatoes and garlic cloves are heated, drain and steam dry for 30 to 60 seconds then mash them with skimmed milk, oil and basil. It’s a very light and yummy recipe to try. Serve with some basil leaves and add a tsp. of olive oil on the top, you will love it!
Food Recipe #5: Spicy Flattened chicken with olive oil
3-4 Boneless flat chicken pieces, corn flour, 2-3 Tsp. olive oil, salt, black pepper, chili powder, lemon juice, 2 tomatoes, and olives and chopped parsley
Firstly, take a bowl and marinate the chicken pieces with the spices. Add chicken pieces, corn flour, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, lemon juice and mix them all together and keep the bowl aside. Heat a frying pan and 3 Tsp. olive oil in it. Fry the chicken pieces on light heat and add tomatoes along with the chicken. Keep them frying on a very light temperature until they get cooked. Serve them with vegetable rice or mashed potatoes.
